1935: WINHA, homeport Brändön huvilakaupunki. O/Y Winha (Antti Wihuri, Eteläranta 8) Helsinki. 1941.7.9: UK Ministry of War Transport captured in Glasgow. The WINHA was enroute Peru - Petsamo with sugar cargo. In New York the ship loaded gasoline barrels on deck and almost all the crew run away. Ship left New York 18th May for Petsamo. British Navy forced to proceed to Kirkwall and in September to Glasgow. The crew were ordered to leave the ship. The new managers were Raeburn & Verel, Glasgow. 1944: managers J & J. Denholm
1944.6.9: WINHA, scuttled Normandy to form a breakwater for Mulberry Harbour. After the war raised and towed to Troon for demolition.
