Company moved from Helsinki to Mariehamn). 1941.4.3: enroute Newport News (departed 19th March) - Petsamo with coal cargo German U-76 (U-69?) torpedoed 400 nm south of Iceland approximate psn 60N 20W. The DAPHNE with all 22 hands disappeared.
