Deck booms replaced by two cranes, larger hatches. 3497 / 2590 dwt, 101.12 x 13.13 x 6.14 / 5.15 m 1979: CASTOR, rebuilt by Valmet Oy, Helsinki. Removed cranes and tweendeck hatches. 1980.1.29: CASTOR, Oy Fyrklövern Ab (Bertel E. Ahlström) Helsinki. Chartered to Effoa. 1981.2.19: Owners changed the company name to Oy Bulk Star Line Ab (Fennoscandia Chartering Ab). 1982.10.4: STRATUS. Effoa needed the CASTOR name for newbuilding.
